Easy Roasted Shrimp with Crispy Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients List
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8th teaspoon hot chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, divided
- 1 teaspoon pepper, divided
- 2 pounds of broccoli cut up into large florets
- 4 tablespoon olive oil, divided
- 1 pound large shrimp, shelled and deveined

- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Squeeze lemon juice liberally over the broccoli before serving for a refreshing, tangy finish.
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 425.
2. Mix together the coriander, cumin, chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper chili powder. Toss the broccoli with the 2 Tbs olive oil and season with the spice mix. Spread a single layer of the broccoli on a large baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
3. In the meantime, toss the shrimp with the extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and garlic. Once the broccoli has been cooked for 10 minutes, add the shrimp to the broccoli and carefully toss.
4. Bake an additional 10 minutes until shrimp are cooked and the florets are tender enough to pierce the stems with a fork. Remove and transfer to a serving platter. Squeeze lemon juice liberally over the broccoli before serving for a refreshing, tangy finish.
