Easy Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients List
- 4 md Peeled and sliced potatoes
- 1 tb Flour
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/3 c Finely chopped onions
- 1 1/2 c Milk
- 1 tb Butter
- Paprika or parsley
Directions
In a 2-1/2 quart glass buttered casserole, arrange sliced potatoes.
Sprinkle with flour, salt and onion and mix lightly. Stir in milk and dot
with butter. Cook covered 15 - 18 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes. Rest
covered 5 minutes. Garnish with paprika or parsley.
