Easy Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients List
- 8 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 4 - 6 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
- 2 TBS capers
- 1 tsp. dried dill or 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish (optional)
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 TBS snipped chives (optional)
- 2-3 TBS milk, as needed for consistency
Directions
Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until well combined. Add enough milk to make the right consistency. (you can also use a food processor to combine everything). Spoon into serving dish.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
