Easy Veggie Kugel

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Frozen vegetables; (or
  • -fresh) cooked
  • 3 Eggs; or 6 whites
  • 3 tb Onion soup mix
  • 3 tb Mayonnaise; or low-fat mayo
  • Wheat germ

 Directions

Chop the veggies. Combine with rest, except wheat germ. Sprinkle a greased
9"x13" pan, and sprinkle with wheat germ. Spoon veggie misture over.
Sprinkle top with wheat germ. Bake 35-40 min. at 375F.

NOTES : Use cauliflower, broccoli, mixed veggies, or any combination.
