Easy White Chicken Flatbreads

Ingredients List
- 6 Old El Pasoâ„¢ flour tortillas for burritos (8 inch)
- 1 pouch (9 oz) Progressoâ„¢ Recipe Startersâ„¢ creamy Parmesan basil cooking sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
- Toppings, If Desired
- Diced plum (Roma) tomatoes
- Sliced green onions
- Cooked crumbled bacon
Directions
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Place tortillas on 2 ungreased large cookie sheets. Bake 5 minutes.
2. Mix cooking sauce and 1 cup of the cheese.
3. Spread slightly less than 1/4 cup sauce mixture over each tortilla. Top with 1/4 cup of the chicken and remaining cheese.
4. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with desired toppings. Cut into wedges.
