Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwiches

Ingredients List
- English Muffins
- Large eggs
- Cheese (10 ounces for 12 sandwiches.)
- Butter, or olive oil (optional)
Directions
Cooking the Eggs:
To get that classic Egg McMuffin shape to the egg is kind of tricky.grab a muffin tin and and very lightly oil each spot in the tin with either butter or spray oil
Then crack an egg in each muffin area!
Stick these in a 350 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
After about 10-15 minutes, you”™ll have these perfectly cooked, perfectly shaped eggs. These are just asking to be put on a sandwich!
