Egg Mustard Sauce
Ingredients List
- 3 tb Butter
- 2 tb Flour
- 1 1/2 c Milk
- 3/4 ts Salt
- Red pepper
- 1 tb Prepared mustard
- 2 Diced hard boiled eggs
Directions
Melt butter; blend in flour. Gradually add milk, salt, red pepper &
mustard; cook, stirring often, until sauce thickens. Fold in eggs.
Serve hot.
