Egg Mustard Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 3 tb Butter
  • 2 tb Flour
  • 1 1/2 c Milk
  • 3/4 ts Salt
  • Red pepper
  • 1 tb Prepared mustard
  • 2 Diced hard boiled eggs


Melt butter; blend in flour. Gradually add milk, salt, red pepper &
mustard; cook, stirring often, until sauce thickens. Fold in eggs.
Serve hot.
