Egg Rolls
Ingredients List
- 3 tb Oil
- 3 tb Onions; sliced
- 1/2 c Shrimp; cooked, sliced fine
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 lb Green beans; diagonally
- -sliced
- 2 c Cabbage; shredded
- 2 lg Carrots; shredded
- 1 tb Soy sauce
- 1 c Ground beef
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1 tb Accentr seasoning mix
- 6 lg Egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Directions
In oil, stir fry onions with beef. Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Add beans,
cabbage , carrots, soy sauce and accent, cook 5 minutes. Cool. Wrap 3
tablespoons of filling in each wrapper, shape as envelope using a
cornstarch/water mix to help seal wrapper shut. Deep fry in hot oil until
brown. Drain on paper towels.
