Egg Rolls

 Ingredients List

  • 3 tb Oil
  • 3 tb Onions; sliced
  • 1/2 c Shrimp; cooked, sliced fine
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1/2 lb Green beans; diagonally
  • -sliced
  • 2 c Cabbage; shredded
  • 2 lg Carrots; shredded
  • 1 tb Soy sauce
  • 1 c Ground beef
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
  • 1 tb Accentr seasoning mix
  • 6 lg Egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

 Directions

In oil, stir fry onions with beef. Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Add beans,
cabbage , carrots, soy sauce and accent, cook 5 minutes. Cool. Wrap 3
tablespoons of filling in each wrapper, shape as envelope using a
cornstarch/water mix to help seal wrapper shut. Deep fry in hot oil until
brown. Drain on paper towels.
