Eggnog Crumble Muffins

Ingredients List
- For the Muffins
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup eggnog
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- For the Crumble topping
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1 Tablespoons flour
Directions
1. Sift the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Whisk the eggnog, eggs, and oil in another bowl.
2. Pour the eggnog mixture into the flour and stir until combined. Stir in the white chips. Fill liners 2/3 full.
3. Stir together the crumble ingredients until well combined. Sprinkle each muffins with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until tops spring back when touched. Makes 16 muffins.
