Eggs A' la Suisse

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Grated Havarti cheese
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 c Light cream
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Pepper


Preheat oven to 350. Butter an earthenware baking dish. Sprinkle half
the cheese in dish. Break eggs into small bowl & slide on top of
cheese; (don't break yolks). Pour in cream. Sprinkle with salt,
pepper & remaining cheese. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Serve at once.
