Eggsquisite Eggnog Sauce

Ingredients List
- 2 large organic free-range eggs, separated
- 3 tablespoons Confectioner”™s Style Swerve OR powdered erythritol
- 1 tablespoon rum OR rum flavoring to taste
- 1/4 cup = 60 ml = 1 oz = 30 g whipped organic heavy cream without food additives
- nutmeg
Directions
Place the egg whites in a deep and narrow mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Set aside.
Place the egg yolks, sweetener and the rum in a small mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until well mixed and creamy.
Fold in carefully the whipped cream and the egg whites. Mix carefully with rubber spatula until smooth.
Pour into a nice small pitcher and serve immediately. Grate some nutmeg on top of each serving.
The sauce doesn”™t store because of the egg whites. It will separate if stored long.
