Elbow Noodles Casserole

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 lb Ground Turkey Breast
  • 1 Onion; chopped
  • 2 Cloves garlic; minced
  • 1 1/2 c Elbow macaroni; cooked and
  • -drained
  • 1 cn Stewed red ripe tomatoes;
  • -(10 3/4 ounce)
  • 1 cn Campbell's 98% Fat Free
  • -Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 oz Canned mushrooms
  • 4 oz Fat-free cheddar cheese;
  • -shredded


Mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into
casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

Bake at 350 for 20 mins or until bubbly.
