Elliot And Sara's Red Pepper Bread

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Water
  • 1/4 c Tomato juice
  • 2 tb Molasses
  • 2 1/2 c Bread flour
  • 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 1/2 tb Butter; chopped
  • 1/2 c Minced red bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 ts Dried tarragon
  • 1 1/2 ts Bread machine yeast

 Directions

Place ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturer's directions.
Select regular baking cycle, light crust setting, and start machine. Makes
a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Per serving: 173 calories; 2.4 g fat (12.5% calories from fat); 5.1 g
protein; 32.7 g carbohydrate; 5 mg cholesterol; 362 mg sodium
