1 c Mashed potatoes
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Milk
1 pn Salt
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Flour

Directions

Mix well and drop by spoonfuls into deep, hot lard (or shortening). Serve
with jelly or powdered (10X) sugar.
