Evelyn's Pecan Crisps

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Brown sugar
  • 1/2 c Shortening
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 c Flour
  • 1 c Finely chopped pecans

 Directions

Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg. Mix in flour and pecans. Drop by
teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with wet spoon. Bake at 375 for
12-15 minutes.
