Ingredients List
- 10 Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Grated lemon rind
- 1/2 dl Cream
- 50 g Butter (melted)
- 1 kg Flour
Directions
Mix well and roll out 1/2 cm thick. Cut out rounds and fry in deep fat
(200 C). Dust with powdered sugar.
