Fat-Free Coleslaw (Golden Door)

 Ingredients List

  • 6 oz Thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 1 1/2 oz Thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1/2 Carrot; grated
  • 1/4 c Diced red onions
  • 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
  • 1 ts Kosher salt

 Directions

Combine in a large bowl and toss to mix. Cover for an hour, then drain the
excess liquid. Before serving, add half an unpeeled, grated apple; toss and
sprinkle with parsley.
