"Faux" Sourdough

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 ts Yeast
  • 2 c Bread Flour
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 1/8 ts Baking Soda
  • 1/2 c Sour Cream; (non-fat OK)
  • 1 tb Vinegar
  • 1/2 c Milk

 Directions

All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting. Add the
ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread". Press
"Start".
