  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 2/3 cup pineapple
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 1-inch cube fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk

 Directions

Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth.

Pour into a glass and top with hemp hearts.
