 Ingredients List

  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 ts Vinegar
  • 8 oz Finely chopped filberts

 Directions

Beat egg whites; add sugar & vinegar. Fold nuts into egg whites. Drop by
spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 275.
