Fillet of Sole Piquant

 Ingredients List

  • 8 Fillets of sole
  • 1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
  • 1/4 c Chablis wine
  • 1 tb Soy sauce
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 Spring minced parsley
  • 1 Minced green onion including
  • Top


Broil sole with a few squeezes of fresh lemon juice until it starts to
brown; remove. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish. Broil
until sauce begins to bubble. Serve at once.
