 Ingredients List

  • 2 tb Fresh rosemary leaves;
  • -chopped
  • 2 tb Fresh sage leaves; chopped
  • 2 tb Fresh thyme leaves; chopped
  • 4 tb Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 tb Kosher salt
  • 4 tb Extra virgin olive oil


Pat meat dry. In a small bowl combine all spices until well mixed. Coat
meat with rub. Brush meat with olive oil.
