First Place Favorites Peach Cobbler

 Ingredients List

  • 3 c Canned peaches(Water Packed)
  • Or 4 c sliced fresh peaches
  • 1 c Flour
  • 1 tb Baking powder
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 c Juice from peaches or
  • 1/2 c Skim milk if using fresh
  • Fruits
  • 4 tb Diet margarine


melt margarinein bottom of baking dish. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and
liquid in a seperate bowl. Pour batter on the melted butter. Spoon peaches
on the batter, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
