Flank Steak

 Ingredients List

  • 1 tb Salad oil
  • 1/2 c Soy sauce
  • 1/4 c Sugar
  • 2 tb Dry sherry or dry white wine
  • 1 ts Ground ginger
  • 1 Clove garlic; minced
  • 1/2 ts Accent
  • Bacon strips
  • 2 lb Flank steak (scored)


Score steak on both sides. Roll up, grain lengthwise. Slice 1-inch thick.
Wrap bacon around steak, use toothpicks to secure. Marinate in sauce in
cooking pan for 12-24 hours. Cook 7 minutes on each side on barbecue grill.
