  • 1/2 c Minced celery
  • 1/2 c Melted butter
  • 1 Box (6 1/2oz) onion & garlic
  • Salted croutons (4 cups)
  • 1 Beaten egg
  • 1 pk (10 oz) chopped frozen
  • Spinach (thawed but not
  • Cooked)
  • 1/4 ts Thyme
  • 1 ds Salt
  • 1/8 ts White pepper

 Directions

Cook celery in butter until tender. combine with other ingredients;
mix well.
