Ingredients List
- 2 lb Chuck or blade steak, cut in
- -serving size pieces
- 1 Envelope dry onion soup
- 10 oz Sliced mushrooms, drained
- 19 oz Canned tomatoes, drained,
- -reserve juice
- 1/2 c Juice from tomatoes
- 1 tb Cornstarch
- 1 tb Ketchup
- 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Place large piece of foil on baking sheet or in roaster. Arrange meat on
foil. Sprinkle with soup, mushrooms and cut up tomatoes.
