Foiled Steak

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Chuck or blade steak, cut in
  • -serving size pieces
  • 1 Envelope dry onion soup
  • 10 oz Sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 19 oz Canned tomatoes, drained,
  • -reserve juice
  • 1/2 c Juice from tomatoes
  • 1 tb Cornstarch
  • 1 tb Ketchup
  • 1 ts Worcestershire sauce


Place large piece of foil on baking sheet or in roaster. Arrange meat on
foil. Sprinkle with soup, mushrooms and cut up tomatoes.
