Fondue Sauterne

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Swiss Cheese; shredded
  • 3 tb Flour
  • 1 1/2 c Dry Sauterne
  • 3 tb Brandy
  • Pepper And Nutmeg To Taste


Dredge cheese in flour. Heat wine in fondue dish until bubbles rise. Stir
in cheese a little at a time. Continue to stir until mixture blends. Add
pepper and nutmeg to taste, salt if needed. Serve with bread cubes.
