Four Bean Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 1 cn (no. 2) cut green beans
  • 1 cn (no. 2) yellow wax beans
  • 1 cn (no. 2) red kidney beans
  • 1 cn (no. 2) garbanzo beans
  • 1 md Green pepper; cut into
  • -long slices or rings
  • 1 md Onion; sliced thinly
  • 1/2 c Salad oil
  • 1/2 c Vinegar
  • 1/3 c Sugar
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Pepper

 Directions

Drain beans. Combine vegetables in a large bowl with a lid. Shake remaining
ingredients well & pour over vegetables; toss to mix. Make 24 hours prior
to serving to allow vegetables to marinate well. Stir occasionally. More
green pepper may be added before serving.
