French Apple Bread Pudding

 Ingredients List

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cn (14 oz) Eagle Brand
  • -sweetened milk
  • 3 md Apples, pared, cored, finely
  • -chopped
  • 1 3/4 c Hot water
  • 1/4 c Butter
  • 1 ts Ground cinnamon
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 4 c French bread cubes
  • 1/2 c Raisins

 Directions

Preheat oven to 350° In large bowl, beat eggs, add milk, apples, water,
butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in bread and raisins, moistening
completely. Turn into buttered 9 in. square baking dish. Bake 1 hour or
until test shows doness. Cool. Serve warm with ice cream. Refrigerate
leftovers.
