Ingredients List
- 2 c Bisquick
- 1/4 c Sugar
- 1/2 ts Nutmeg
- 2 tb Butter or margarine;
- -softened
- 3/4 c Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 c Butter; melted
- 1 ts Cinnamon
- 2/3 c Sugar
Directions
Combine Bisquick, sugar, nutmeg, softened butter, milk & egg. Beat
vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes
at 400 or until golden brown. Remove from pan & roll in melted butter, then
in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Serve hot. Makes 12 medium size muffins.
