Ingredients List

- 2 tb Dijon mustard
- 2 ts Thyme; minced
- 2 ts White wine
- 1 tb Minced onion; plus 1

- 2 Garlic cloves
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Broil until done as desired
(3-4 minutes for rare meat, 5-7 minutes for medium meat, and 8-9 minutes
for well-done meat).
