French Chicken "Scallops"

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Chicken breasts; boned and
  • -skinned
  • 2 tb Sherry
  • 2 tb Margarine
  • Onion salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika

 Directions

Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes. Arrange in a single layer in a shallow
flameproof dish. Pour sherry over chicken. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle
with seasonings. Broil for about 10 minutes, turning once. Baste with pan
juices several times while broiling. Calories: 185 per serving. Yield: 4
servings.
