French Onion Soup
Ingredients List
- 6 md Onions; thinly sliced
- 1/4 c Butter
- 2 cn Condensed beef broth
- 2 c Water
- 1 ts Worcestershire
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- French bread; sliced and
- -toasted
- Parmesan or mozzarella
- -cheese; grated
Directions
In large saucepan, cook onion rings in butter til tender and golden about
20 minutes.
Stir in beef broth, water, worcestershire, salt and pepper.
Bring to boil. Pour into individual bowls. Float toast on top. Sprinkle
with cheese.
