French Toast

 Ingredients List

  • 2 tb Tahini (sesame butter)
  • 1 c EDENsoy
  • -OR- any EDEN food beverage
  • 1 tb Maple syrup
  • 1/2 ts Cinnamon
  • 1/2 ts Nutmeg
  • 1 pn LIMA Sea Salt
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • -(if not using
  • -Vanilla flavor)
  • 1 ts EDEN Brown Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tb Arrowroot
  • 5 sl Whole wheat bread
  • 2 tb EDEN SaffloWer Oil

 Directions

Combine all ingredients except bread and oil and whisk together well.
Soak bread slices in mixture.
Heat oil in a skillet, fry slices until golden.
