Fresh Corn "Butter"

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Fresh or frozen corn
  • 1/3 ts Salt
  • 3 tb Water
  • 2 tb Coconut, optional


Cook corn till soft. Blend with hte rest of the ingredients until it is
smooth. Serve on bread, corn on the cob or other vegetables.
