Fresh Fruit and Slaw

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c Vanilla or peach yogurt

 Directions

SALAD
1/2 c Halved seedless green or red
-grapes
1/2 c Cubed nectarine or peeled
-peach
1 -(up to)
2 ts Lemon juice
4 c Purchased coleslaw blend
1 tb Chopped peanuts or shelled
-sunflower seeds; if desired

In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; blend well.

In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except peanuts; stir gently
to combine. Pour dressing over salad; stir gently to coat. Sprinkle with
peanuts.
