Fresh Fruit Compote

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Pears
  • 1 Persimmon
  • 1 pk Raspberries, frozen, sweet.
  • 1/4 c Orange juice
  • 1/4 c Kirschwasser (optional)

 Directions

Cut up fresh apples, pears and persimmon. Place in a bowl. Defrost
raspberries, drain and add to bowl. Stir gently to mix. Pour orange juice
and kirsch over all. Cover and refrigerate. Serve cold.

NOTE: You may substitute any fresh fruit in season to prepare this
compote.
