Fresh Fruit Salad with Honey-Mint Dressing

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Plain yogurt
  • 1 tb Honey; to taste (up to 2)
  • 1 tb Amaretto; to taste (up to 2)
  • 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
  • 1 ds Nutmeg
  • 2 tb Minced fresh mint

 Directions

FRUITS
5 Heaping cups fresh fruit;
-cut in pieces (melons,
-peaches, nectarines grapes,
-cherries)
Whole mint leaves to garnish

Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smoothly
blended. Combine fruits in a mixing bowl. Add dressing and toss thoroughly.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with whole mint leaves. Cover and
chill briefly before serving.

NOTES : Fixed this for a party with friends and everyone loved it.
