Fresh Minted Mango-Chutney Burger Topping

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Ripe mango (1 lb), halved,
  • Pitted peeled & cut in small
  • Pieces
  • 2 tb Minced red onion
  • 2 tb Fresh lime juice
  • 1 tb Minced crystallized ginger
  • 1/4 ts Crushed coriander seeds
  • 1/4 ts Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tb Chopped fresh mint


Gently mix all ingredients, except mint, in a bowl until well blended.
Cover & chill at least 2 hours or up to 4 days. Stir in mint 15
minutes before serving.
