Ingredients List
- 1 Ripe mango (1 lb), halved,
- Pitted peeled & cut in small
- Pieces
- 2 tb Minced red onion
- 2 tb Fresh lime juice
- 1 tb Minced crystallized ginger
- 1/4 ts Crushed coriander seeds
- 1/4 ts Crushed red pepper
- 1 tb Chopped fresh mint
Directions
Gently mix all ingredients, except mint, in a bowl until well blended.
Cover & chill at least 2 hours or up to 4 days. Stir in mint 15
minutes before serving.
