Fresh Peach Cobbler #1
Ingredients List
- 4 tb Cornstarch
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1 c Water
- 2 tb Butter
- 6 c Fresh peaches; peeled,
- -sliced
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1 c Flour
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 1/2 ts Baking powder
- 1/4 c Butter; softened
- 1/2 c Milk
Directions
Combine cornstarch, 1/2 cup sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to boil,
remove from heat and add butter. Add peaches. Pour into 9x13 pan. Combine
1/2 cup sugar, flour, salt and baking powder. Cut in butter. Add milk, mix
well. Top peaches with crust mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
