Fresh Peach Sorbet

 Ingredients List

  • 4 c Chopped peeled peaches,
  • -(2-1/2 pounds)
  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 1/2 c Sauternes or other sweet
  • -white wine

 Directions

Place peaches and sugar in a food processor. Add wine, and process until
smooth.

Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer, and freeze
according to manufacturer's instructions. Yield: 5 cups (serving size: 1/2
cup).
