Fresh Pineapple Margaritas

 Ingredients List

  • 3 cups fresh pineapple chunks (about 1 pound)
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 1/2 cup orange liqueur
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup or honey
  • salt or sugar, for rim (optional)
  • lime wedges, for serving (optional)


Place pineapple in a blender and pulse until combined. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended.

Serve in salt-rimmed (or sugar-rimmed) glasses over ice. Garnish wish lime wedges.
