Fried Noodles (Chaau Min)
Ingredients List
- 1 lb Thin egg noodles
- Peanut oil for stir frying
- 1 tb Ginger; minced
- 1/2 lb Cooked meat - chicken; beef,
- -pork, shrimp, or
- -combination
- 2 c Bean sprouts
- 1/4 c Green onions
- 2 tb Soy sauce
- 1 tb Sesame oil
Directions
1. Precook noodles.
2. Heat wok. Add peanut oil and ginger. Stir fry 1 minute until oil is
aromatic.
3. Add meat, bean sprouts, and green onion. Stir fry 2 minutes.
4. Add noodles, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir fry 3 minutes until heated
through.
