  • 1 lb Thin egg noodles
  • Peanut oil for stir frying
  • 1 tb Ginger; minced
  • 1/2 lb Cooked meat - chicken; beef,
  • -pork, shrimp, or
  • -combination
  • 2 c Bean sprouts
  • 1/4 c Green onions
  • 2 tb Soy sauce
  • 1 tb Sesame oil


1. Precook noodles.
