Fried Rice #13

 Ingredients List

  • 8 Bacon slices; cut into piece
  • 1 c Carrot; shredded or finely c
  • 1/2 c Onion; chopped
  • 1/2 c Celery
  • 1/2 c Peas; cooked
  • 3 c Rice; cold, cooked
  • 3 ts Soy sauce
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/3 c Green onion; chopped


Put bacon, carrot, onion and celery into frying pan. Saute until onion is
soft and clear. If it appeard dry, add some cooking oil, 1 tbsp at a time.
Add green onion, Saute another 1 or 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
Saute until heated through. Check for salt. If you are not using soy
sauce, you may need more salt.
