Fried Talapia

 Ingredients List

  • 6-8 Talapia
  • 1 Bottle Louisana Hot Sauce
  • 1 Gallon size ZipLock Bag


Wash the fish. Take a knife and poke holes through the fish. Place the fish in a zip lock bag with the hot sauce. Place bag in the fridge turning bag every few hours. Let the fish marinate over night if possible. The next day coat fish in cornmeal and fry.
