Fried Turkey Breast

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Breast of young turkey
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 c Flour

 Directions

Slice turkey cross-grain in 1/4 inch thick slices. Season with salt and
pepper. Roll in flour. Deep fry in hot fat until lightly browned. Serves
4 to 6.
