Frozen Chocolate Pudding Pops

Ingredients List
- 2 c Skim milk
- 3 7/8 oz Jell-O instant chocolate
- -fudge pudding mix; (4
- -serving size)
Directions
Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix and beat with a wire whisk for
2 minutes.
Spoon pudding mixture into 6 popsicle molds. Insert wooden sticks into each
mold for a handle.
Freeze for 5 hours or until firm. Place bottom of mold under warm running
water to release pop from mold.
Store leftover pops in freezer.
NOTES : Any flavor of instant pudding or pie filling can be used in this
recipe. Per serving: 94.3 calories; 0.2 g fat (1.4% calories from fat); 3.4
g protein; 20.4 g carbohydrate; 1 mg cholesterol; 292 mg sodium
