Frozen Fruit Salad
Ingredients List
- 1 1/2 c Seedless red grapes, halved
- 1 1/2 c Sliced ripe banana, (3
- -medium)
- 1 1/2 c Grapefruit sections, (2
- -large)
- 1 1/2 c Cubed fresh pineapple
- 1 1/2 c Unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/4 c Water
- 1/3 c Frozen orange juice
- -concentrate, thawed and
- -undiluted
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 13- x 9- x 2-inch
baking dish. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until firm. Let stand at room
temperature 1 hour before serving or until slightly thawed. Yield: 8
servings (serving size: 1 [4-1/2- x 3-1/4-inch] piece).
