Frozen Strawberry Cream
Ingredients List
- 1 ct (24-oz) sour cream
- 1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese;
- -softened
- 1 c Sugar (up to 1/3 cup more if
- -strawberries are not sweet)
- 1/2 c Drambuie
- 1 qt Fresh strawberries; cleaned
- -and hulled
- Extra strawberries for
- -garnish
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in food processor or blender until smooth.
(May have to mix in 2 batches.) Pour into stemmed parfait or wine glasses.
Freeze about 4 hours. (Freezing longer makes dessert too hard.) Let thaw
about 20 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if
desired. Yield: 9 to 10 servings.
