Ingredients List
- Your favorite Yogurt
- Plastic bag
- Cookie sheet
- Plastic coated freezer paper
Directions
I grabbed a cup of yogurt that I had at the house to get started.
I dumped it into a plastic bag.
I also covered my cookie sheet with some plastic coated freezer paper. I probably would have used parchment paper but I didn”™t have any and I figured the freezer paper would work just as well.
I cut the tip off of my plastic bag and just made little circles of yogurt on my cookie sheet. I wasn”™t really particular about the shape or anything.
Then, I put them into the freezer for awhile. After about 30-45 minutes, I pulled them out and checked to see if they were frozen.
